PHP Developer

Location: Kaunas

Salary: €1,600 to €3,000 net

We are looking for a PHP developer to join our team of back-end specialists. You’ll be working with a skilled team, striving to reach new coding heights every day. We develop popular online stores in Lithuania and have ambitious projects that attract hundreds of thousands of users each month. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a flawless user experience.

What you will be doing

You’ll be part of a team that includes both back-end and front-end colleagues, supported by a project manager and DevOps. We follow the Agile methodology, which means daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and task grooming are part of our routine.

Technologies

  • Strict-type PHP (PHP 7.4 - 8.2)
  • Symfony / Laravel / Akeneo / Magento
  • Databases will be a big part of your day, so we expect you to be proficient and comfortable working with them.
  • You’ll also work with Varnish, RabbitMQ, Docker, Redis, Nginx, and GIT

What we expect from you

We expect that achieving great results is important to you, as you seek projects you can be proud of. You understand that both internal colleagues and clients are part of the same team, and their involvement and education are crucial to the success of the work.

We are a small team without an excess of hierarchical structure to oversee how client expectations are met. Everyone is responsible for their work and their contribution to client success. We care not only about the success of our clients but also about the well-being of the colleague sitting next to us or on the other side of the camera.
