EOLTAS: a million products for car enthusiasts

EOLTAS is a well-known Lithuanian automotive retailer with more than 1 million different products in its range. Although we started working with this client with the usual eCommerce support and minor improvements, the scale of the EOLTAS project soon grew.

One of the main challenges in working together was the company’s eCommerce expansion into new markets. Although the technical foundation had already been created, the new business direction brought many puzzles: new payment systems, additional points of sale, new warehouses, product pickup logic, etc. Having successfully implemented these systems, we helped EOLTAS manage business processes more effectively, use broader marketing tactics, and facilitate B2B customer shopping.

Task

EOLTAS is developing one of the largest eCommerce stores of this type in the Baltic States, therefore the range of tasks when working with them is complex. The client gave the highest priority to adapting the system to the specifics of new markets, more stable and efficient operation of the existing system and integration of marketing tools.
