The online store "Lemona," offering almost 3 million products.

Lemona.lt is one of the largest electronics retailers in Lithuania, particularly well-known among tech enthusiasts searching for unique components. In collaboration with this client, we implemented a flexible and powerful Magento e-commerce platform, visually updated the online store, and completely revamped the shopping process.

These changes helped Lemona efficiently manage a product range of nearly 3 million items, increase productivity, and triple their sales without any additional investment in marketing.

Challenge

The majority of Lemona’s audience consists of electronics enthusiasts. When these tech-savvy buyers visited the client’s old online store, it appeared outdated and lacking in both design and functionality.

At the same time, the outdated website was hindering business growth: its full potential to drive sales was not being utilized, and managing the constantly growing product catalog became a complicated and burdensome task.
