The history of a family business that evolved into a global-scale company generating over 20 billion euros in annual turnover: representatives of the Würth Group in Lithuania, “Würth Lietuva,” currently operating 30 physical retail locations with over 70 active salespeople, entered the Lithuanian market without an e-commerce solution. The client approached our team with the need to create a new and efficient system, digitizing part of the processes for the B2B sector and reducing the workload for managers.
The e-commerce development example from the Würth.de headquarters in Germany served as the primary starting point for analyzing best practices in system operation, which we used to implement the most technologically innovative solutions.

“The biggest challenge during the course of this project, which we managed to resolve quite smoothly, was the integration with the client’s system via REST API. This allowed synchronization of the product catalog, customer information, and orders with B2B.
We are pleased with the productive and ongoing collaboration with Würth Lithuania and their trust in our solutions and expertise. During this time, we developed an integrated e-commerce platform that not only optimized sales processes but also enabled efficient management of customer orders, warehouse stock, and logistics. When optimizing the shopping process and user experience of the page, it was essential to consider the following aspects
Intuitive Design: To ensure that users can easily navigate the website and quickly find the products they need, a clean and intuitive design was created. Clearly laid-out menu items, easily accessible filters, and sorting options helped ensure a smooth experience on the platform.
Fast and Accurate Search: We integrated advanced search technology that allows users to quickly and accurately find the products they need, even with a large inventory. Features like autocomplete, product recommendations, and search result filtering by various criteria helped optimize the user experience.
Mobile Version: Considering the increasing use of mobile devices, a responsive design was developed to ensure that the platform is easy to use on computers, smartphones, and tablets. This helped attract a broader customer base and increase sales.
Personalized Recommendations: By utilizing data analysis and monitoring customer behavior, we created a personalized recommendation system that suggests products matching users’ needs and previous purchases. This increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
